At today’s meeting, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning has considered and voted in favour of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings. The reason for adopting this law is eliminating shortfalls noticed in the previous application of the Law. Also, this Law prolongs the deadline for adopting the Plan of general regulation, also removing the deadline for the procedure of legalising objects.
