The Committee submitted eight amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings and considered an amendment submitted by MPs Ms Marija Ćatović and Ms Jovanka Laličić.

Representative of the proposer accepted the Committee’s amendments (eight) and the amendment (one) submitted by MPs Ms Marija Ćatović and Ms Jovanka Laličić thus making them an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, pursuant to Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro and the Parliament will not decide on them separately.
