At the meeting that was held today, the Committee reached the decision to introduce three amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings. Representative of the proposer of the law accepted the amendments of the Committee (three), them therefore becoming integral part of the Proposal for the Law, in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, and they shall not be voted upon further at the sitting of the Parliament.
