At today’s Meeting, the Committee considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Executing a Decision of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro U-I No 6/16 of 19 April 2017 (Official Gazette of MNE No 31/17);

In addition to the Committee members, the meeting was also attended by the following, in their capacity as representatives of proposers of laws: Director General of the Department for Social Welfare and Child Protection at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare Mr Goran Kuševija, Director of Department for Labour Market and Employment at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare Ms Edina Dešić, and Head of Directorate for Service Development at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare Ms Ivana Šuković.

The Committee voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Executing a Decision of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro U-I No 6/16 of 19 April 2017 (Official Gazette of MNE No 31/17) and proposed to the Parliament to adopt it.
