The Committee considered the amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Executing a Decision of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro U-I No 6/16 of 19 April 2017 (Official Gazette of MNE No 31/17)

The Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare considered the amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Executing a Decision of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro U-I No 6/16 of 19 April 2017 (Official Gazette of MNE No 31/17), submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović.

The Committee proposed the rewording of the amendment 1, and MP Mr Andrija Popović agreed with it.

At the Committee meeting, MP Mr Andrija Popović announced that he was withdrawing the amendment 2 from the procedure.

The representative of the proposer of the law did not accept the reworded amendment 1 of MP Mr Andrija Popović. The Committee also did not accept the reworded amendment 1 of MP Popović.
