In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament o Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Amendment and Supplement to the Law on Health Care.
The Committee considered and unanimously supported the Proposal for a Decision on considering the position of persons with disabilities in Montenegro (No 00-72/18-10, EPA 401 XXVI, of 21 March 2018, on marking International Day of Persons with Disabilities), and proposed the Parliament to adopt thereof.
Within the third item “current issues”, the Committee considered the possibility of paying a study visit to the Republic of Turkey. Also, on the occasion of the specific application, the Committee considered the submitted documentation and took a position on it.
