Chairperson of the Committee on Health, Labor and Social Welfare, Mr Suad Numanović, participated today in the implementation of a semi-structured interview at the premises of the Institute for Social and Child Welfare in Podgorica, at the invitation of the Institute, which, with the support of UNICEF, has been conducting qualitative research on the analysis and evaluation of the performance of centers for social work in Montenegro.
The participation of the Chairperson of the Committee on Health, Labor and Social Welfare is a contribution of the Committee to the social welfare and child care system reform and support to the improvement the organisation and quality of work of the centers for social work in Montenegro, in order to improve the quality of services provided for children and families, users of social and child protection.
During his participation in the semi-structured interview, the Committee Chairperson particularly pointed to the significance of the social welfare and child care system reform. In this regard, the Chairperson of the Committee stressed that the social welfare and child care system reform would contribute to the development of quality social welfare and child care, and enable diversity and access to services, especially at the local level.
