Chairperson of the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare Mr Suad Numanović will attend the presentation of Draft Analysis of inter-sectoral support of different systems for children with developmental disabilities in Montenegro, on 12 December 2018.

The objectives of this assignment are to assist the Government of Montenegro, i.e. Council for Child Rights, as well as respective ministries and institutions in analysing multi-sectoral support and response of the system in providing inter-sectorial interventions in the field of health, education, social and child protection and other sectors for children with developmental disabilities in Montenegro and their families. The Research findings and recommendations will be used for future evidence-informed policies aimed at improving multi-sectorial cooperation and systemic response and social inclusion of children with developmental disabilities, and development of national guidelines and specific recommendations for the strengthening of multi-sectorial national services for children with disabilities.

Presentation of Draft Analysis of inter-sectoral support of different systems for children with developmental disabilities will be held from 9:30-12:00 in the Blue Room, United Nations building.
