At today’s meeting, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare has considered and unanimously supported: the Proposal for the Law on Pharmaceutical Activity, the Proposal for the Law on Cosmetic Products and the Proposal for the Law on Medical Devices.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the proposals for the law Ms Slađana Pavlović, Director General of the Directorate for International Cooperation and Harmonisation of Regulation at the Ministry of Health and Ms Slavojka Šuković, Head of the Directorate for Harmonisation of Regulations at the Ministry of Health. Also, the sitting was attended by a representative of the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices Ms Majda Šahman-Zaimović.

The Committee learned about the upcoming activities of the Committee, under the item of the agenda “current issues”.
