At today’s 50th meeting, the Committee has considered amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Restriction of the Usage of Tobacco Products, submitted by Ms Nada Drobnjak, MP. Representative of the proposer of the law accepted the proposed amendment, therefore the Committee noted, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

Ms Slađana Pavlović, Director General of the Directorate for International Cooperation and Harmonisation of Regulation at the Ministry of Health, attended the meeting in the capacity of the proposer for the law.
