At today’s 51st Meeting, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare considered two amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Restriction of the Usage of Tobacco Products by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Mihailo Anđušić. Representative of the proposer of the law accepted the proposed amendments, therefore the Committee noted that, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, they have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

Mr Kenan Hrapović, Minister of Health, attended the meeting in his capacity of the proposer for the law. Ms Slavojka Šuković, Head of the Directorate for Harmonisation of Regulations at the Ministry of Health, also attended the meeting.
