Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare holds its 61st Meeting

Amendments to the Proposal for the Labour Law considered

Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare has considered amendments to the Proposal for the Labour Law:

- 24 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Suad Numanović, Ms Jovanka Laličić, Mr Nedzad Drešević and Ms Maja Bakrač (Classification No. 19-1/19-3/3 EPA 881 of 18 December 2019);

- amendment submitted by the Government of Montenegro (Classification No.19-1/19-3/5 EPA 881 of 18 December 2019);

The Committee meeting was attended by representatives of the proposer: Mr Kemal Purišić, Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, Mr Zoran Ratković, Director General of the Directorate for Labour at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, and Ms Marina Vučićević, Head of the Directorate for Labour at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.

In line with Article 55 paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee meeting was attended by Ms Daliborka Pejović.

Representatives of the proposer had accepted 24 amendments submitted by Mr Suad Numanović, Ms Jovanka Laličić, Mr.Nedzad Drešević and Ms Maja Bakrač, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, so they became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law and the Parliament shall not decide thereof separately.

Also, amendment submitted by the Government of Montenegro, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament shall not decide thereof separately.

Following the expansion of the agenda upon the proposal by Mr Boris Mugosa, MP, the Committee adopted an amendment that was approved by the representatives of the proposers of Law, which, pursuant to Article 150 paragraph 3 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, became an integral part of the Proposal for the Labour Law, and the Parliament shall not decide thereof separately.
