Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare holds its 67th Meeting

The Committee supported the Proposal for the Law on Medicines

At its 67th Meeting, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare has considered and supported the Proposal for the Law on Medicines.

In accordance with Article 67, paragraph 1 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, the meeting of the Committee was attended by representative of the proposer of the law: Ms Slađana Pavlović, Director General of the Directorate for International Cooperation and Harmonisation of Regulation at the Ministry of Health , Ms Mevlida Gusinjac, Acting Director General of the Directorate for Health Protection at the Ministry of Health, Ms Snežana Minić, from the Ministry of Health, and Ms Majda Šahman-Zaimović, representative of the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices

On behalf of the proposer, Ms Slađana Pavlović, Director General of the Directorate for  International Cooperation and Harmonisation of Regulation at the Ministry of Health, has explained the Proposal for the Law on Medicines.

Under current issues, members of the Committee have agreed to hold the postponed 66th session of the Committee, at which a consultative hearing of Minister of Health Mr Kenan Hrapović was supposed to be held regarding a coronary virus infection, when necessary conditions are met.
