At its meeting held today, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare has noted that an amendment submitted by the Government of Montenegro (Classification No.09-2/20-3/2, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 24 July 2020) has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, in accordance with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament o Montenegro.
Also, the Committee has considered amendments (2+1) submitted by Mr Branko Radulović, MP (Classification No.09-2/20-3/6, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 27 July 2020 and Classification No.09-2/20-3/9, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 27 July 2020).
Representative of the proposer Minister of Labour and Social Welfare Mr Kemal Purišić did not accept the amendments by Mr Branko Radulović, MP.
The Committee also did not accept the amendments Mr Branko Radulović, MP.
In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider an amendment by Mr Nebojša Medojević, MP (Classification No.09-2/20-3/4, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 27 July 2020), an amendment by Mr Slaven Radunović, MP (Classification No.09-2/20-3/5, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 27 July 2020) and four amendments by Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, MP (Classification No.09-2/20-3/8, EPA 1035 XXVI, of 27 July 2020).
