Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare holds its Tenth Meeting

Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Executing a Decision of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro U-I No. 6/16 of 19 April 2017 (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 31/17) and to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Social and Child Welfare considered

Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare considered:

- seven amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Executing a Decision of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro U-I No. 6/16 of 19 April 2017 (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 31/17), submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Jovanka Laličić and

- five amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović.

Representative of the proposer accepted seven amendments of MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Jovanka Laličić. They decided, following the suggestion of the representative of the proposer, to modify amendments 1 and 3. The Committee noted that seven amendments of MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Jovanka Laličić (modified amendments 1 and 3 and amendments 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7), pursuant to the Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, become the integral part of the Proposal for the Law and the Parliament shall not put them to the vote.

Representatives of the proposer did not accept amendments 1, 2, 3 and 5 submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović. Also, the Committee did not endorse the aforementioned amendments of the MP Mr Popović, and suggested the Parliament to vote against.

Representatives of the proposer did not accept the corrected amendment 4 of MP Mr Andrija Popović, after which the Committee noted that the amendment 4 became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament was not to put it to the vote.
