At today’s Third Meeting of the Committee on Monitoring the Implementation of the Decision on granting a long-term lease of Island Lastavica with fortress Mamula, Municipality Herceg Novi and Decision on Accepting Annex No. 1 to the Lease Contract of the hotel “Kraljičina plaža”, Budva, members of the Committee have considered the Report on realised investment and other activities under the Annex No 1 to the Agreement on the Lease of Hotel “Kraljičina plaža” Budva, in the period 2016-2019.
Representatives of the Government of Montenegro - State Secretary of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism Damir Davidović, Executive Director of HTP "Miločer” Mr Dragan Miković, and Director General of the Directorate for Competitiveness and Investment in Tourism of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism Ms Olivera Brajović also participated in the session.
After the consultative discussion and information obtained by the representatives by the Government od Montenegro, members of the Committee agreed that, in accordance with the agreed practice of the Committee, the conclusions regarding the considered Report, after additional consultations, will be declared at the next session.
Within second item of the agenda, the Committee has adopted the Conclusions with regard to the consideration of the Report on realised investment and other activities under the Agreement on granting a long-term lease of Island Lastavica with fortress Mamula for 2017 and 2018.
