At the fourth meeting that was held today, the Working Group considered recommendations from the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission Final Report on the parliamentary elections held on 16 October 2016, in the part relating to the Ministry of Interior, i.e. the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information, and recommendations in the part relating to the Ministry of Culture and Agency for Electronic Media.

During the first half of the meeting, representatives of the Ministry of Interior, i.e. the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information, provided their opinion on the recommendation and how it should be implemented.

There was then a discussion about the recommendations in the field of media. On this occasion, representatives of the Ministry of Culture, i.e. the Agency for Electronic Media, presented their views.

During these discussions, members of the Working Group requested clarifications of the proposed solutions and whether their application enabled for the implementation of OSCE/ODIHR recommendations.
