Legislative Committee holds its 30th Meeting

At today’s Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of multiple proposals for laws:

- Proposal for the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings;

Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Paris Agreement;
Proposal for the Law on Ratification of amendments to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, adopted at the Sixth and Seventh Session of the Conference of signatories;
Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Restitution of the Taken Away Property Rights and Compensation;
Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Audit of EU Funds;
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Customs Law;
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Safety of Maritime Navigation;
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Safety of Maritime Navigation; and
Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Bankruptcy Law;

Also, the Committee has determined the consolidated text of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
