Legislative Committee holds its 31st Meeting

At today’s 31st Meeting, the Committee has considered five amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings, namely:

  • 2 amendments submitted by MP Mr Ervin Ibrahimović;
  • 2 amendments submitted by MPs Ms Jovanka Laličić and Ms Marta Šćepanović; and
  • 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Nikola Rakočević and Ms Marta Šćepanović;

During the consideration of the amendments MP Mr Ervin Ibrahimović informed the Committee that he had abandoned the amendment 1. After that, the Committee unanimously assessed that remaining amendments were legally acceptable.
