At today’s meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered five amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings.

MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu submitted sixteen amendments. The Committee assessed that amendments No: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 14 were not legally acceptable, while MP Nimanbegu had abandoned amendments No: 9, 13, 15 and 16.

The Committee assessed as legally acceptable the amendment submitted by MP Ms Ana Nikolić.
