At today’s 33rd Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the following proposals for laws: Proposal for the Law on Transportation in Road Traffic, Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Consumer Protection, Proposal for the Law on the 2016 Final Budget Statement of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on  Amendments to the Law on Central Bank of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Amendment and Supplements to the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreign Current and Capital Operations and  Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Tax on Turnover of used passenger motor vehicles, vessels, airplanes and aircrafts.

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Readmission (Return and Admission) of Persons Whose Entry or Stay is Illegal.
