At today’s 40th meeting, the Legislative Committee considered and positively voted on the following: Proposal for the Law on Tourism and Hospitality Industry; Proposal for the Decision on accepting Annex II of the Long-Term Lease Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the consortium consisting of "Northstar "Doo Podgorica and Equest Capital Limited, Jersey, UK and Proposal for the Law on Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro.

In line with Art. 67 para. 1 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on foreign trade of goods and services which could be used for capital punishment, torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment; and Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Additional Protocol 4 to the Agreement on Amendment of and Accession to the Central European Free Trade Agreement and the Additional Protocol 5 to the Agreement on Amendment of and Accession to the Central European Free Trade Agreement;
