Legislative Committee holds its 49th Meeting

The Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of: Proposal for the Law on Freshwater Fisheries and Aquaculture, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Electronic Government, Proposal for the Resolution on the Establishment of a Sustainable and Modern Transportation System of Montenegro, Proposal for the Resolution on the Manner of Valuation of the Electric Power Potential of Montenegro and Proposal for the Resolution on Reindustrialisation of Montenegro.

As for the Proposal for the Law on Montenegrin Development Bank and Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Innovation Activity, the Committee found that they were in accordance with the Montenegrin Constitution but did not comply with the legal system of Montenegro.

The Committee considered the Motion for initiating the procedure for the review of the constitutionality of Article 26 para. 1 and 2 of the Law on Administrative Disputes (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 54/16).

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament o Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Proprietary-Legal Relations.
