The Legislative Committee considered and expressed positive opinion with regard to the following: Proposal for the Law on Protection of Persons and Property, Proposal for the Law on Sports, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings, Proposal for the Law on Amendment and Supplement to the Law on Health Care and the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Defence Industry Cooperation.

In accordance with the Article 67(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs and the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement for the Establishment of the International Development Law Organization.
