At today’s 56th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the following proposals for laws: Proposal for the Law on Cooperation of Montenegro with Diaspora - Emigrants; Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Public Sector Salaries, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Consensual Financial Restructuring of Debts to Financial Institutions, Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Market Surveillance, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Safety and Health at Work, Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on tax on use of passenger motor vehicles, vessels, airplanes and aircrafts.

Furthermore, the Committee also considered: Motion for initiating the procedure for the review of the constitutionality of Article 236 para. 7, 8, and 9 and (Official Gazette of MNE, No. 1/11, 39/11, 32/14, 3/17 and 51/17), Motion for constitutional review of Article 231 para. 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Official Gazette of MNE, No 57/09, 49/10, 47/14, 2/15, 35/15 and 58/15); and Motion for initiating the procedure for the constitutional review of Article 9 para. 1 and 2 of the Law on the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro (Official Gazette of MNE, No 11/15).
