Legislative Committee holds its 57th Meeting

At today’s 57th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on the Judicial Council and Judges and Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Default Interest Rate.

In addition, the Committee has considered and assessed as legally acceptable:

- Amendments (4) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings, submitted by MPs: Mr Petar Ivanović, Mr Predrag Sekulić, Ms Marta Šćepanović, Ms Jovanka Laličić, Mr Nikola Rakočević and Ms Sanja Pavićević;

- Amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Sector Salaries submitted by MP Mr Ervin Ibrahimović;

- Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Sports, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović; and

- Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on President of Montenegro, submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Jovanka Laličić.
