At today’s 58th meeting, the Legislative Committee considered and assessed the following amendments as legally acceptable:

• 10 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Sports, as follows:

       - 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Janko Vučinić, Mr Jovan Vučurović, Mr Milutin Đukanović, Mr Branko Radulović, and Mr Milun Zogović;

       - 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Ms Branka Bošnjak, Ms Ljiljana Đurašković, and Ms Vera Bulatović;

       - 4 amendments submitted by MPs: Ms Branka Bošnjak, Ms Ljiljana Đurašković, Ms Vera Bulatović, and Mr Janko Vučinić;

       - 2 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Danijel Živković, Mr Bogdan Fatić, and Ms Jovanka Laličić;

       - 2 amendments submitted by MPs: Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Jovanka Laličić.

• Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Miloš Nikolić, and Mr Branko Čavor.
• 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Cooperation of Montenegro with Diaspora - Emigrants, as follows:

     - 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Andrija Nikolić; and

     - 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Ervin Ibrahimović.

Pursuant to Article 67 paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider:

• 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Sports, as follows:

      - 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović; and

      - 1 amendment submitted by MP Ms Anka Vukićević.

• 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendment and Supplements to the Law on Public Sector Salaries, as follows:
• 2 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Branko Čavor and Mr Predrag Sekulić;

      - 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Raško Konjević.

• 5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Persons and Property, submitted by MP Mr Raško Konjević.
• 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Social Council, submitted by MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu.
• Proposal for conclusion to the Proposal for the Law on the President of Montenegro, submitted by MPs: Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Raško Konjević, Mr Džavid Šabović, and Ms Draginja Vuksanović.
