At its 60th Meeting held today, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the following proposals for acts: Proposal for the Law on International Restrictive Measures, Proposal for the Law on Recognition of Foreign Qualifications for Pursuing Regulated Professions, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Postal Services, Proposal for the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment, Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the National Park “Prokletije”, and Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the Coastal Region.

Pursuant to Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Higher Education.
