At today’s 63rd Meeting, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro has considered and voted in favour of the: Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Housing and Maintenance of Residential Buildings; Proposal for the Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the National Park “Skadarsko jezero”; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of Doha Amendment to the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Accounting, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Water and Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Cinematographic Co-production (revised).

Also, the Committee has considered the Proposal for the Law on Public Internal Financial Control System, but the vote on this Proposal for the Law has been postponed due to additional consultations.

In addition, the Committee had considered the Motion for initiating the constitutional review of provisions of Article 4 of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Notaries (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 55/16), Motion for initiating the constitutional review of Article 15 of the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No 11/15) and Motion for initiating the constitutional review of the provisions of Article 12 of the Law on Enforcement and Security (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No  11/15, 28/15 and 42/18).
