The implementation of this meeting represents a continuation of a successful cooperation between the Parliament of Montenegro and the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, focused on the improvement of the Parliament’s capacities through the support to certain working bodies.

During their conversation, they voiced pleasure over their cooperation so far and emphasised the need for additional training and exchange of experiences and good practice between the parliaments, primarily at the level of parliamentary staff.

In addition to the activities falling under the responsibility of the Legislative Committee, during the meeting they also considered the issues relating to the work of the Parliament, with special focus on the electoral legislation.

Ms Jozefina Topalli also learned about the work of the Legislative Committee’s staff and voiced her pleasure regarding the manner of cooperation between the staff and Committee members.
