At today’s 64th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of te Proposal for the Law on the 2017 Final Budget Statement of Montenegro, the Proposal for the Law on Academic Integrity and the Proposal for the National Security Strategy of Montenegro.

The agenda of the meeting was extended by the Initiative for starting the procedure for assessing the constitutionality of provisions of Article  165, 167 and 168 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights (Official Gazette od MNE, No 37/11 and 53/16), submitted to the Constitutional Court by Ms Marija Bogojević from Ulcinj.

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Minamata Convention on Mercury and the Proposal for the Decision on long-term lease of land for developing the base settlement of the mountain centre “Kolašin 1600”.
