In addition, the Committee had considered the Motion for the constitutional review of Article 2 of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No.  31/17) and drafted the Opinion with the proposal for the reply which will be forwarded to the Parliament of Montenegro.

The Committee has postponed the consideration of amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on Foreigners, while the voting on the Proposal for the Law on Governance and Internal Controls in the Public Sector has been delayed for the necessity for further consultations.
