Legislative Committee holds its First meeting

The Committee considered a number of proposals for laws

 

At today’s First meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the:

Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Enforcement and Security, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Enforcement Officers, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on deployment of the Armed Forces of Montenegro units to the international forces and participation of members of civil defence, police and public administration employees in peacekeeping missions and other activities abroad, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Defence, Proposal for the Law on Urban Waste Water Treatment, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Minority Rights and Freedoms, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between Montenegro and the Slovak Republic on Social Insurance and Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the ILO Occupational Safety and Health (Dock Work) Convention No. 152. 

The Committee has postponed for the next meeting the consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the European Atomic Energy Community (Euratom) and non-member States of the European Union on the participation of the latter in the Community arrangements for the early exchange of information in the event of radiological emergency (Ecurie) and Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing.
