Legislative Committee holds its Third Meeting

Several proposals for laws considered

At its Third Meeting, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro has considered and voted in favour of the following proposals for laws: Proposal for the Law on the 2017 Budget of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Public Sector Salaries, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Electronic Communication, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing, Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law, Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Value Added Tax, Proposal for the Law on the Reprogramming of Tax Claims, and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax.

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Establishing the Regional Youth Cooperation Office.
