At the 70th meeting that was held today, the Legislative Committee considered and expressed positive position with regard to the following proposals for laws: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the execution of suspended sentence and sentence of community service, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Enforcement of Imprisonment Sentences, Fines and Security Measures, Proposal for the Law on National Awards, Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Montreal Protocol on Ozone Layer damaging substances and the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the ILO Convention No. 151 on Labour Relations in the Public Service

Pursuant to Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Public Enforcement Officers.
