During the 71st meeting that began today, the Legislative Committee considered and expressed positive position with regard to the following proposals for laws: Proposal for the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Local Self-Government Financing, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on International and Temporary Protection of Foreigners and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners.

In addition, the Committee also considered the Initiative for constitutional review of the provision of Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Law on the execution of the Decision of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro U-I No 6/16 of 19 April 2017 (Official Gazette of Montenegro 31/17).
