Legislative Committee begins its 73rd Meeting

At the beginning of its 73rd meeting, the Legislative Committee has extended its agenda by the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Identity Card

The Committee discussed the following proposals for laws: Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Public Enforcement Officers, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Mediation, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on deployment of the Armed Forces of Montenegro units to the international forces and participation of members of civil defence, police and public administration employees in peacekeeping missions and other activities abroad, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Border Supervision, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourism Organisations, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on working hours, mandatory rest periods of mobile workers and recording equipment in road transport.

Furthermore, the Committee also considered the Motion for initiating constitutional review of Article 48 para. 2 of the Law on Financial Leasing, Factoring, Debt Repurchase, Micro-crediting, and Credit and Guarantee Operations (Official Gazette of MNE, No 73/17), Motion for initiating constitutional review of Article 42 para. 1 item 2 of the Pension and Disability Insurance Law (Official Gazette of MNE, No 54/03, 39/04, 61/04, 79/04, 81/04, 29/05, 14/07 and 47/07 and Official Gazette of MNE, No  54/03, 39/04, 61/04, 79/04, 81/04, 29/05, 14/07 and 47/07 and Official Gazette of MNE, No 12/07, 13/07, 79/08, 14/10, 78/10, 34/11, 39/11, 40/11, 66/12, 36/13, 38/13, 61/13, 6/14, 60/14, 10/15, 44/15, 42/16 i 55/16) in the part reading “old or disabled” and the Motion for initiating constitutional and legislative review of Article 54 para. 2 of the Law on Tax Administration (Official Gazette of MNE, No 65/01, 80/04, 29/05 and Official Gazette of MNE, No 73/10, 20/11, 28/12, 8/15 i 47/17).

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee has postponed the discussion Proposal for the Law on Youth and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Identity Card.

The Committee will vote on all items of the agenda during the continuation of the meeting.
