At today’s meeting, the Committee determined three amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Sector Salaries. Representative of the Proposer of the Law accepted amendments which, in line with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law and the Parliament would not decide thereof separately.

The Committee assessed as legally acceptable the following amendments:
• 2 amendments to the Proposal for the 2017 Budget Law of Montenegro, namely:
- one amendment submitted by MPs: Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Predrag Sekulić; and
- one amendment submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović.

• 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care, submitted by MP Mr Halil Duković;

• 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Insurance, submitted by MPs: Mr Halil Duković and Ms Marta Šćepanović;

• 4 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, namely:
- 3 amendments submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović; and
- one amendment submitted by MPs: Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Maja Bakrač.

• one amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Postal Services, submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
