Legislative Committee holds its 76th meeting

At the 76th meeting that was held today, the Committee considered and expressed positive position with regard to the Proposal for the Law on Cosmetic Products and the Proposal for the Law on Pharmaceutical Activity

Furthermore, the Committee formulated the Opinion with the proposal for the reply with regard to the Motion for initiating constitutional review of the provision of Article 139 paragraph 1 item 1 of the Labour Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro 49/08, 26/09, 88/09, 26/10, 59/11, 66/12, 31/14, 53/14 and 4/18).
