At its 87th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee has considered the following: amendments (4) to the Law on the manner of entry of ships, vessels and hydrocarbons production facilities into register books and proprietary rights aboard ships and hydrocarbons production facilities, submitted by Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, MP; the second and third amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Communal Police, submitted by Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, MP; amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government, submitted by MPs: Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Raško Konjević, and Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković; amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Sector Salaries, submitted by MPs: Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Raško Konjević, and Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković; and amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Servants and State Employees, submitted by MPs: Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Raško Konjević, and Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, and from the aspect of its responsibility, deemed them legally acceptable.
Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, MP, notified the Committee that she was withdrawing the amendment number 1 to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Communal Police.
The Committee deemed legally unacceptable the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Sector Salaries submitted by MP Mr Raško Konjević.
