At today’s 88th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Domestic Trade.

Furthermore, the Committee considered and deemed legally acceptable 3 amendments submitted by the Government of Montenegro to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Domestic Trade.

The amendment submitted by Mr Andrija Popović, MP, was not considered, in line with Article 67 paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
