Furthermore, the Committee has considered and assessed as legally acceptable the following:
- amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Decision on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović;
- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System, submitted by MPs Mr Filip Vuković and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Restriction of the Usage of Tobacco Products, submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Mihailo Anđušić;
- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the 2019 Budget Law of Montenegro, submitted by MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić and Mr Filip Vuković, and
- an amendment to the Proposal for the Decision on Borrowing of Montenegro for 2019, submitted by MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić and Mr Filip Vuković.
Pursuant to Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider:
- amendments (3) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Defence, submitted by MPs: Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, Mr Raško Konjević, and Mr Džavid Šabović.
- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Confiscation of Assets Acquired from Criminal Activity, submitted by MPs: Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, and Mr Džavid Šabović.
- amendments (8) to the Proposal for the Law on Fiscalisation in the Trade in Goods and Services, submitted by MPs: Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, Mr Ranko Krivokapić, and Mr Džavid Šabović, and
- an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Restriction of the Usage of Tobacco Products, submitted by MP Ms Nada Drobnjak.
