At its 119th meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered amendments 1 through 24 to the Law on freedom of religion or beliefs and legal position of religious communities, submitted by MPs Mr Andrija Mandić, Mr Nebojša Medojević, Mr Milan Knežević, Mr Strahinja Bulajić, Mr Branko Radulović, Mr Predrag Bulatović, Mr Slaven Radunović, Mr Milutin Đukanović, Ms Branka Bošnjak, Mr Budimir Aleksić, Mr Jovan Vučurović, Ms Marina Jočić, Ms Ljiljana Đurašković, Ms Vera Bulatović, Mr Veljko Vasiljević, Mr Milun Zogović and Ms Aleksandra Vujičić, assessing, under the scope of its responsibility, that these were not legally acceptable.
In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, the Committee has not considered amendments 25 through 103 to the Law on freedom of religion or beliefs and legal position of religious communities, submitted by MPs: Mr Andrija Mandić, Mr Nebojša Medojević, Mr Milan Knežević, Mr Strahinja Bulajić, Mr Branko Radulović, Mr Predrag Bulatović, Mr Slaven Radunović, Mr Milutin Đukanović, Ms Branka Bošnjak, Mr Budimir Aleksić, Mr Jovan Vučurović, Ms Marina Jočić, Ms Ljiljana Đurašković, Ms Vera Bulatović, Mr Veljko Vasiljević, Mr Milun Zogović and Ms Aleksandra Vujičić.
Pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Rules of Procedure, the Committee has not considered the amendment submitted by MPs Ms Branko Bošnjak, and amendment submitted by Mr Branko Radulović and Mr Budimir Aleksić to the Law on freedom of religion or beliefs and legal position of religious communities.
