At today’s 120th Meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of the Proposal for the Law on MPs and Councillors and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Voter Register.

Also, the Committee has completed the discussion on the: Proposal for the Law on Financing of Political Entities and Election Campaigns, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Montenegro, but for the purpose of having further consultations, the resumption of discussion and voting on these items on the agenda has been postponed.
