At its 121st meeting held today, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of: an amendment to the Proposal for the 2020 Budget Law of Montenegro, submitted by MPs: Mr Nikola Rakočević, Mr Boris Mugoša, Mr Andrija Nikolić, Mr Adrijan Vuksanović, and Mr Nedžad Drešević; amendments (9) to the Proposal for the Law on Investing in the Consolidation and Development of the  Transport Company for Air Transport of Passengers and Goods Montenegro Airlines AD Podgorica, submitted by MPs Mr Ivan Brajović and Mr Boris Mugoša; an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Selection, Use and Public Display of National Symbols, submitted by the Government of Montenegro, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović; and an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Financing of Political Entities and Election Campaigns, submitted by MP Ms Nada Drobnjak.

In accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider amendments (25) to the Proposal for the 2020 Budget Law of Montenegro, as follows: 20 amendments submitted by MPs Ms Danijela Pavićević and Mr Srđan Milić, and 5 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, Mr Ranko Krivokapić, and Mr Džavid Šabović.
