At today’s 122nd Meeting, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro has considered and voted in favour of: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Courts, Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Public Prosecution Office, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Data Confidentiality, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Basic Principles of Intelligence and Security Sector of Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on Ratifying the Status Agreement between the European Union and Montenegro on actions carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in Montenegro, Proposal for the Law on the rights of passengers when travelling by sea and inland waterway and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Air Transport.
