At today’s 125th meeting, the Legislative Committee has considered and voted in favour of:
- Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Funding of Political Parties and Election Campaigns;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Inspection Control;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Central Population Register;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Local Self-Government.
- Proposal for the Law on Emergency Measures to Support the Citizens of Montenegro as a result of the Communicable Disease COVID-19 Epidemic;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility;
- Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Personal Income Tax;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Mandatory Social Security Contributions and Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Business Enterprises, submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Nikola Rakočević, and Mr Momčilo Martinović.
The agenda of the meeting was expanded by the Proposal for the Law on Amnesty of Persons Sentenced for Criminal Offences Prescribed by the Laws of Montenegro and Persons Sentenced by Foreign Criminal Verdict which is Served in Montenegro and Amendment 2 to the Law on Business Enterprises, submitted by parliamentarians Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Nikola Rakočević and Mr Momčilo Martinović, which were also considered and supported by the Committee.
In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, the Committee has not considered the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Funding of Political Parties and Election Campaigns, submitted by Mr Raško Konjević, MP.
