Legislative Committee holds its 129th Meeting

An amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amnesty of Persons Convicted of Criminal Offences Prescribed by Montenegrin Legislation considered

At its 129th Meeting held today, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro considered an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amnesty of Persons Convicted of Criminal Offences Prescribed by Montenegrin Legislation and Persons Convicted by Foreign Criminal Judgements Executed in Montenegro, submitted by MPs: Mr Ivan Brajović, Mr Genci Nimanbegu, Mr Adrijan Vuksanović and Mr Boris Mugoša; and 11 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Business Enterprises submitted by MPs Mr Petar Ivanović and Ms Jovanka Laličić and assessed from the aspect of its responsibilities that they were legally valid.

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following amendments: amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Emergency Measures to Support the Citizens of Montenegro as a result of the Communicable Disease COVID-19 Epidemic, as follows: 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković, Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Džavid Šabović; 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović; an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility, submitted by MPs Ms Danijela Pavićević and Mr Srđan Milić; amendments (7) to the Proposal for the Law on Amnesty of Persons Convicted of Criminal Offences Prescribed by Montenegrin Legislation and Persons Convicted by Foreign Criminal Judgements Executed in Montenegro, as follows:  2 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Andrija Mandić, Mr Nebojša Medojević, and Mr Milan Knežević. 3 amendments submitted by MPs Mr Goran Danilović and Mr Goran Radonjić, 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Andrija Mandić, Mr Nebojša Medojević, Mr Milan Knežević, and Ms Danijela Pavićević; 1 amendment submitted by MP Ms Branka Bošnjak; an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Law on Personal Income Tax submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović; amendments (19) to the Proposal for the Law on Business Enterprises, as follows: 10 amendments submitted by MP Mr Branko Radulović; 6 amendments submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović; and 3 amendments submitted by MP Ms Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković.
