At its 132th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee has considered and deemed as legally acceptable, from the standpoint of its jurisdiction, the following: an amendment to the Proposal of decision on adoption of the detailed spatial plan for the area of the multipurpose reservoir on the Komarnica River, submitted by the Government of Montenegro; six amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Safety of Maritime Navigation, submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Branko Čavor and Ms Jovanka Laličić; as well as three amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Medicines, submitted by MPs: Mr Halil Duković, Mr Boris Mugoša and Mr Momčilo Martinović.
In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider 13 amendments to the Law on Media, submitted by Mr Neđeljko Rudović, MP, and 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tourism and Hospitality Industry, namely: one amendment submitted by Mr Raško Konjević, MP, and 2 amendments submitted by Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, MP.
