At the 134th meeting that was held today, members of the Legislative Committee considered and expressed positive position with regard to the following proposals for laws: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings and the Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Water Management Financing.
In addition, members of the Committee considered amendments (25) to the Proposal for the Law on National Public Broadcaster of Radio and Television of Montenegro, namely: 8 amendments introduced by MP Mr Neđeljko Rudović, to be voted on at the next meeting, due to further consultations, and 17 amendments introduced by the Government of Montenegro, which have been assessed as legally acceptable, within purview of the Committee; and amendments (46) to the Proposal for the Law on Media, namely: 13 amendments introduced by MP Mr Neđeljko Rudović, to be voted on at the next meeting, due to further consultations, 23 amendments, introduced by MPs Ms Danijela Pavićević and Mr Srđan Milić, and 10 amendments introduced by the Government of Montenegro, which have been assessed as legally acceptable, within purview of the Committee.
In accordance with Article 67(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following amendments: 30 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on National Public Broadcaster of Radio and Television of Montenegro, introduced by MPs – Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Mr Raško Konjević, Ms Draginja Vuksanović Stanković and Mr Džavid Šabović, 5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Media, introduced by MP Mr Raško Konjević, 17 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care, namely: 12 amendments introduced by MPs Mr Zvonko Vuković and Ms Maja Bakrač, 3 amendments introduced by MP Ms Marta Šćepanović, and 2 amendments introduced by MPs Mr Boris Mugoša and Ms Marta Šćepanović, as well as 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Emergency Medical Services introduced by MPs Mr Boris Mugoša and Ms Marta Šćepanović.
